My computer doesn't allow the ads to pop up with the downloaded PurePlay software. It causes errors every second. What can I do? I like PurePlay Poker and I've been playing it for years on the official website.

In order to fix the problem, temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall. After that, download the PurePlay Poker software and install it following the on-screen instructions. Once the process is complete, activate the antivirus and Windows Firewall and configure them to allow PurePlay Poker to communicate. If you still have problems, use [email protected] email address to get in touch with the support team.
You shouldn't experience any difficulties in playing this game on your Android device. Try to update the application to the latest version available. This should fix the problem. Also, try clearing the cache of the application. If you still experience problems after doing that, you can contact the developer by sending an e-mail on the following address for additional support : [email protected].
There are mixed reviews regarding this site. Some users say they are paid, others reported them as being a scam due to hackers on the website. I would pay extra attention in case you want to invest money in such services. If you haven't been paid, contact the support team and ask them for clarification.
I am a member of PurePlay (paid membership) and since there's a recent pause for maintenance I cannot log in. The login screen comes on after signing in and stops half way through. Any ideas? Thanks.

It was in maintenance mode, you need to wait until it comes back. At this moment, the service's working under normal parameters.
I love playing the game
Yes, "PurePlay Poker" is a program/game for Windows that allows you to play poker.
When I log in, it only loads up 3/4 of the way and stops. It does not complete the log in process. What`s the solution, if any?
There could be 2 causes to this issue:
The software is corrupted and needs a reinstall. Re-download the PurePlay Poker client and install it. You can overwrite the current installation.
The service has a bug/issue and sends an error to the client that forces to close.
Cannot open the program. Has it been removed from Internet?
The software appears to be available, but if you encounter any issues with the service, then use the emails on the following page to get in touch with the developers: http://player.pureplay.com/player/help/PressRoom.html;jsessionid=A5C0C1BAB11FF0C62D96D0C75CD6B81E?page=player%2Fhelp%2FContactUs
You can also re-download the application through the following page: https://www.pureplay.com/download/congratulations.cfm

No, PurPlay is working just fine. Just make sure to use your log-in on the Returning User page and then you can access the service.
This is an online service that can be accessed through a web browser or through the client that you can install on your desktop.
